IEEE Computer Society selects Dr. El-Ghazawi as a Distinguished Lecturer

The IEEE Computer Society has selected Dr. Tarek El-Ghazawi as a Distinguished Lecturer in the Society’s Distinguished Visitors Program for the three-year term 2018-2020.  As an IEEE Distinguished Lecturer, he is expected to deliver lectures around the world on research topics of his interest.  His current research interests include high-performance computing; post-Moore’s laws processor paradigms, the convergence of HPC, clouds, big data, and machine learning; and extreme scale computing.
