Dr. Dehghanian to receive WAS Early Career Award

The Washington Academy of Sciences has selected Dr. Payman Dehghanian to receive its 2021 Early Career Award in Electrical and Computer Engineering. The award will be presented to him at the Academy’s annual banquet, which will be held on September 9. The citation for Dr. Dehghanian’s award will read: “For enhancing the reliability, resilience, and operational endurance of the nation’s electric power delivery infrastructure against environmental stressors and man-made cyber and physical threats.”
