Timeline to Transition

The Nashman Senior Series is designed for graduating Nashman Center student leaders. Join your peers and Nashman staff facilitators to reflect on your time at GW and consider topics related to service after graduation, leading with your values as a new professional, and how to transition from your roles and partnerships.

The first session will be a conversation on best practices to prepare yourself, your community partner, and your peers for your upcoming civic leadership transition to ensure sustainability and impact for the long-term. Come learn about transition strategies and develop a plan for your own meaningful last semester as a civic engagement leader to ensure your community impact continues long after you leave.
